Hi! I'm Sarah, owner and confectioner of Sweet Lab Confections.
Sweet Lab Confections has come from a life-long love of experimenting in the kitchen. I first started as a little kid with saltine cracker chocolate chip cookies and haven't looked back since.
I started exploring candy making in 2018 with chocolate bonbons. After realizing how challenging chocolate work is, I moved to working with caramel. My favorite part of making sweets is experimenting with new flavors and techniques. This is where the "Lab" in Sweet Lab Confections comes in - my kitchen is my lab and I am constantly testing new recipes to find something that tastes great. I hope you enjoy what I make.
